Today you will board your ship ready for some fabulous welcoming cocktails and a five-course dinner as you sail into Canada’s Inside Passage.
Day 4
Canadian Inside Passage
Enjoy a full day on the ship, enjoying the facilities on board or marvelling at the incredible sights as you weave through the channels and passages. Head to the Observation Lounge or one of the viewing platforms and you may even spot bears or whales and dolphins in Queen Charlotte Sound.
Day 5
Fiordland (Kynoch Inlet), Alaska
Your first stop is a kayaker’s paradise. This provincial park is breath-taking with its fjords, waterfalls and glaciers, and is only accessible by sea. Enjoy a leisurely kayak taking in all the natural beauty, watching for black bears and grizzlies that saunter along the coastline.
Day 6
Ketchikan and Metlakatla, Alaska
Today will be spent exploring Alaska’s southernmost city. Make sure to see the hand-carved totem poles of Ketchikan and Saxman, and in the afternoon, you’ll be welcomed by the only settlement of indigenous Tsimshian people in the USA in Metlakatla.
Day 7
Misty Fjords, Alaska
Your ship will pass soaring granite cliffs that are 50-70 million years old – it’s truly an awe-inspiring sight. Explore New Eddystone Rock, a remnant of volcanic activity, and join the team of marine biologists to discover the shoreline. You may see humpback whales, orcas, sea lions, wolves, moose or bears, too.
Day 8
Wrangell, Alaska
Go on an adventure today and join the optional jet boat excursion along the striking Stikine River. You’ll also visit the pretty town of Wrangell, home to welcoming locals, rich culture and incredible petroglyphs along the 8,000-year-old Petroglyph Beach.
Day 9
Waterfall Coast, Alaska
Your ship cruises along Baranof Island’s eastern coast today, trying to count how many cascading waterfalls you encounter. Stay on the ship and watch the naturally beautiful show from the observation deck, or grab a kayak or Zodiac to explore closer.
Day 10
Petersburg, Alaska
Today you will anchor by Alaska’s largest home-based halibut fleet in Petersburg. The town is strong in Norwegian culture, and as larger cruise ships cannot reach Petersburg, you’ll enjoy a more exclusive visit of this charming Alaskan village.
Day 11

Today you will disembark in the downtown area of Sitka, once dubbed the ‘Paris of the Pacific.’ Transfer to the airport for your ongoing flight.
