Day 1

Calgary

Arrive at your leisure before meeting your CEO and fellow travellers for an evening welcome briefing. Afterwards, you may choose to join the group for an optional dinner at a local restaurant to kick off your adventure.

Overnight: Ramada Plaza Calgary Downtown or similar

Day 2

Calgary to Banff (81 miles)

Enjoy a CEO-led orientation of Calgary’s winter highlights, including the Olympic Park and Inglewood. Later, transfer to magical Banff for a guided walk of Bow Falls or Tunnel Mountain, followed by an evening exploring the festive main street.

Overnight: Charltons Banff or similar. 

Day 3

Banff 

Explore the frozen beauty of Johnston Canyon, trekking along snow-covered boardwalks to see dramatic ice-clad waterfalls. The afternoon is yours to enjoy; perhaps soak in the Upper Banff Hot Springs or take the gondola up Sulphur Mountain for panoramic views.

Overnight: Charltons Banff or similar

Day 4

Banff to Lake Louise (53 miles)

Head to Sunshine Village for a morning of snowshoeing through pristine backcountry meadows. Continue to iconic Lake Louise for a guided walk to Fairview Lookout. In your free time, enjoy ice skating on the frozen lake or visit the ice castle.

Overnight: Lake Louise Inn or similar

Day 5

Lake Louise to Jasper (202 miles)

Travel the spectacular Icefields Parkway, stopping at Peyto Lake and seeking out the famous frozen bubbles of Abraham Lake. Enjoy an included wilderness lunch before visiting Athabasca Glacier and Sunwapta Falls, arriving in Jasper by early evening for dinner.

Day 6

Jasper

Discover the Maligne Valley on a scenic winter hike or snowshoe trek. The afternoon offers optional thrills like ice climbing or skiing at Marmot Basin. On a clear night, join your CEO for a walk to hunt for the Northern Lights. 

Overnight: Jasper Inn or similar

Day 7

Jasper to Edmonton

Today, if choosing the standard package, the group will depart Jasper for Edmonton. The tour ends upon arrival to the airport here. Please do not book onward travel prior to 3pm.

2-night extension:

Jasper to the Metis Crossing via Edmonton (300 miles)

Drive to Edmonton for free time before continuing to a Métis-run lodge. Experience an immersive cultural introduction to the history and traditions of the Métis people, followed by a delicious three-course dinner featuring sustainably sourced, local Indigenous ingredients.

Overnight: The Lodge at Métis Crossing or similar. Dinner included

Day 8

Metis Crossing

Visit the Wildlife Park to spot rare white bison and elk. After lunch, explore the snowy trails on skis or snowshoes. In the evening, enjoy a traditional tea ceremony under the stars while listening to fascinating Indigenous legends and folklore.

Overnight: The Lodge at Métis Crossing or similar. Breakfast, lunch and dinner included

Day 9

Metis Crossing to Edmonton (91 miles)

Enjoy a final breakfast at the lodge before transferring to Edmonton International Airport. The tour concludes upon arrival at approximately 2:00 pm. Please ensure any onward flights are booked for later in the afternoon to allow for travel time.
