ABTA (Association of British Travel Agents)

Canadian Sky is a full member of ABTA (ABTA Number: Y0499).

ABTA represents over 6,400 travel agencies and tour operators throughout the UK. ABTA requires that members maintain the very highest business standards. If you book a holiday through an ABTA member, you’re protected from the outset.

CAA (Civil Aviation Authority) and ATOL (Air Travel Organiser’s Licence)

Canadian Sky is fully ATOL bonded with the CAA (ATOL Number 9759).

The CAA is the UK's aviation regulator responsible for air safety and consumer protection among other duties. It operates the Air Travel Organisers' Licensing (ATOL) scheme. Canadian Sky is required by UK law to hold an ATOL licence which demands the deposit of a substantial financial bond with the CAA. ATOL protects you from being stranded or losing money by arranging for people abroad to finish their holiday and fly home or fully refunding any payment made prior to departure should your holiday be cancelled by the operator.
