Day 1

Arrive in Halifax
Pick up your rental car and check in to your hotel.
Overnight Citadel Halifax.
Halifax – Peggy’s Cove

Day 2

Halifax Drive to beautiful Peggy’s Cove, a lobster/fishing village and the most photographed place in Nova Scotia. Return to Halifax and visit The Citadel with stunning views of Halifax and enjoy the many fine shops along the harbour front.
Overnight Citadel Halifax.

Day 3

Halifax – West Bay
Travel to the northernmost part of Nova Scotia, cross over the Canso Causeway, and enter
beautiful Cape Breton Island. Continue on to Baddeck and visit the Alexander Graham Bell National Historic Site.

Day 4

West Bay
Drive the scenic Cabot Trail around the northernmost part of Cape Breton Island with stunning views of giant cliffs and high mountains. Whales can often be seen from your car as you drive the high cliffs along the shore.

Day 5

Baddeck – Charlottetown
Return to mainland Nova Scotia and take the Northumberland Ferry Line to Prince Edward Island then continue on to Charlottetown for the night.

Day 6

Charlottetown
Explore Prince Edward Island and Cap-Egmont to view the amazing Bottle Houses made out of
more than 25,000 glass bottles. Visit the Anne of Green Gables House and enjoy a famous Prince Edward Island tradition; the bountiful lobster suppers.

Day 7

Charlottetown – Saint John
Leave for the province of New Brunswick, pass Shediac to see the world’s largest lobster, and then continue on to Moncton. Visit Magnetic Hill, put your car in neutral, take your foot off the brake, and your car will roll backwards up the hill! Continue on to The Rocks at Hopewell Cape, the most photographed place in New Brunswick, pass through Fundy National Park before arriving in
Saint John.

Day 8

Saint John - Halifax - Depart
Witness a tidal phenomenon in Saint John with a visit to the Reversing Falls. Visit the historic Fort Howe, and stroll through the historic cobblestone streets, shops and boutiques. Experience breath taking views of the Minas Basin; visit Grand Pre National Historic Park before heading
back to Halifax.

Arrive back in the UK
