Toronto is a beautiful and dynamic city which captures you as you discover the array of museums, galleries and attractions. The brave hearted are invited to the top of the CN Tower for an EdgeWalk around the third tallest building in the world. Back on the ground (and below) the city bursts with shopping opportunities from malls and shopping districts to the PATH, which links restaurants, shops and hotels underground for 18 miles. The charming Distillery Historic District is home to a fascinating history as well as a modern selection of bars and shops.

The thunderous Niagara Falls is a truly incredible sight to include on any tour and is a must-see sight, to be experienced by water, land, air, or even behind the Falls. Niagara-on-the-Lake is one of the oldest and most historic towns in Ontario and respects the heritage of the province. The wineries have fascinating histories with roots from around the world and the town itself features class farm-to-table restaurants. Further north, the ‘land of shining waters’ province astounds with its vast landscapes and delightful towns.

When to go to Ontario

Ontario’s climate is typically split into three distinct regions, the arctic north where winters can be long and severe, the central belt and eastern belt where temperatures can be milder and the south, which sees a climate similar to northern US. Typically, Toronto sees summer high temperatures of 26°C in July and winter lows of -7°C in January.
