Quebec City’s 400th Anniversary

In order to celebrate its own 20th birthday and commemorate Québec City’s 400th anniversary next year, Musée de la civilisation joins with the DRAGONE GROUP experts in major event planning and design in order to turn the Museum’s outside walls and surrounding area into a unique giant art installation venue for the 2008 festivities. Artistic director for the event will be Franco Dragone himself.

Day and night from May 15 to November 2, 2008, Musée de la civilisation walls, steps, campanile entrance, and terrace grounds will become alive with art installations, images, video screenings, sound effects, music scores, and art treasures
